Shipping Time:
Once your order is on its way, domestic shipping generally takes 4-7 business days, while international orders usually take 10-15 business days. Please note that these are estimates, and delays outside of our control, like customs or carrier issues, might occasionally affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your order’s weight and destination.
Tracking Your Order:
As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you an email or text with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
Shipping Issues:
While we take great care in packaging your items securely, once your package is with the carrier, we can’t be held liable for any damages that may occur during shipping. Lost or Stolen Packages:
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or contacting your local post office or carrier for assistance. Please also double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we can’t be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
